On the morning of October 8, 2022, Chongqing Huahong Metering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huahong Metering") held a grand commissioning ceremony of "Chongqing Huahong Metering Smart Grid Energy Metering Industrial Base" in Beibei Park, Western (Chongqing) Science City. Xu Yongde, Deputy Secretary of Beibei District Committee, Xiang Hong, Vice Mayor of Beibei District, and other leaders, Wang Licheng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holley Group, Wang Siyang, President of Holley Group, Jin Meixing, President of Holley Technology, and Cheng Weidong, President of Holley Technology, attended the ceremony and witnessed this historic moment of great significance.

The foundation stone of "Huahong Metering Smart Grid Energy Metering Industrial Base" project was laid in August 2021. With the high attention and strong support of relevant governments and units in Beibei District, It took 14 months to complete the construction and put into production, which is the first batch of introduced projects in Beibei Park, the first official production project, and the first sensor project in the municipal sensor key industrial park.

At the ceremony, the Vice Mayor of Beibei District gave a speech to Ms. Hong and Mr. Hu Bo, the chairman of Huahong Metering, respectively, and expressed a warm welcome and sincere blessings to the leaders at all levels and guests.

Wang Licheng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holley Group, made a speech. He affirmed the achievements of Huahong Metering in the past 25 years, and put forward higher requirements, hoping that Huahong Metering can develop independently and deploy multiple sectors such as new energy resources, power grid and Internet of Things. Holley Technology will also increase its support to Huahong Metering in terms of resource coordination, research and development, new products and new projects. We also hope that with the support of the Beibei District Committee and Government, the whole company will work together to build Chongqing Huahong into a respected and outstanding enterprise.

At the end of the ceremony, the leaders cut the ribbon and took a group photo. In the warm applause and fireworks, Mr. Xu Yongde, Deputy Secretary of Beibei District Party Committee, announced that the project of Huahong Metering Smart Grid Metering Industrial Base was officially put into operation. So far, Chongqing Huahong Metering Co., Ltd. Smart Grid Electric Energy Metering Industrial Base put into operation ceremony was successfully concluded.

After the commissioning ceremony, the management team and key employees of Huahong Metering accompanied the leaders and visited the new factory. Subsequently, a symposium was held in the Sensor Industrial Park to conduct in-depth exchanges on the future construction and development of Huahong Metering.
